Those who don’t live in the Southwest might not understand – but by August many of us are a little tired of summer. And this year has been especially tortuous!! So to honor the summer doldrums, the Quilt Guild has a tradition of a simple potluck and games for it’s August meetings. Plently of cold salads, savory treats and lots of sweets! Adding to the fun – there’s plenty of games and good company. There was of course, the ‘Guess who this young person is’ pictures. A few were very easy and a few were impossibly hard. It will assuredly be hot next office – but we’ll be ready to cool off with the annual salads & games meeting?
