Tom took some photos of the July program presentor – Jackie Hillman – “The Goose is Loose on the Ranch” – a wonderful take on flying geese. Our April meeting this year was all about stuffing pillows!
These pillows go to cancer patients who need the arm support for hours of treatment. Thanks to Joanne for leading us in this noble effort!
What a great month here in South Central Texas. The bluebonnets have been blooming. Fiesta is almost in full-time party mode. And AHQG got to commune and show off all at the same time! We communed as we stuffed pillows for cancer patients in one of our charity events (go here for photos). Then, members got to show off how good we really are! (go here to see all those quilts again!)
March was such a fun month. St. Patrick’s Day – hey? The speaker – Charlotte Angotti – was super entertaining. On Saturday, she had a wonderful mystery workshop. And of course – our member’s Show & Tell. Take a little time and relive those moments.
